Orders and delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends) if the product is in stock.

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide via La Poste. If your country is not listed when you make your selection, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

An email with the tracking number is sent as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt (unused/unopened). Coffee and prints are not returnable.

How do I make a return?

Where does your coffee come from?

Our coffee is roasted in North America by partner artisans whom we select for their approach.

Are the accessories (caps, keychains, etc.) produced by you?

Yes. They are custom-made for the brand, with our artistic direction and our partners (France and USA).

Are there limits on photo prints?

Each print is produced with care. Some are limited editions, others are not; this is indicated on each product page.
